Red-Tipped Bamboo. Formerly called dracocephala. It is the most heat tolerant of all Fargesias, and is growing successfully as far south as Savannah, Georgia. Typical leaf shape and similar in form to Fargesia murielae (willow-shaped leaf, weeping.) Leaves are quite sun tolerant.
